I was restricted from my account for answering a post. The post was about Very Unsettling Threats and contained a list. At the bottom of the list it said please feel free to add what you want, so I commented I will split your tongue as an unsettling threat. It was not a threat to anyone just an answer to a question! Neither the post nor the person posting or were banned, just me for making a comment it asked for. Your standards police need to check the content of comments along with the post before jumping to conclusions and interfering with peoples ability to communicate on social media. Your Facebook Gestapo style police have done this to too many people for totally ridiculous reasons out of context of comments and posts. Restore my status back to normal.

Preferred solution: Apology

User's recommendation: Walk on eggshells when commenting on posts. Facebook police donโ€™t know how to figure out contexts of comments.

Expedia - Flight refund

I have contacted Expedia at least 3 times since 04/21/2021 about my flight refund from Air Canada. My itinerary #746166****4453.

I received an email from Canada's Federal Aviation stating I was eligible for a refund but the airline said i had to go through the travel agency to get it. everytime i talked to someone I requested either an email or letter stating I had contacted them and to confirm my request. I have never received anything as of yet! I just got a phone call from Canada Federal Aviation telling me I needed to get confirmation in writing.

I explained I have tried but you have never responded to my requests! They asked me to ask again but this time online.

I tried on your website and it kept saying there was no record of my itinerary! I am requesting AGAIN to please send confirmation of my request for a refund from Air Canada either by mail or email
