Ubereats - Trying to cancel Uber eats pass

I have tried to cancel my membership for 3 months now!! And you are still taking money out of my account! I have doordash now! Stop taking my money! Please and ty!!

Uber - 5/10/2021

I was charged 24.99 for a ride I did not take, the last ride I took was 5/3/2021 and that's not the refund I wanted back on my card!! Uber really needs a number for customers like myself! We have used uber a lot! I just want this resolved. I don't what to go to another company. The card was charged on 5/10/21, for a ride I Did Not take!!
