In case of any problem you don't have ANY kind of customer service, just stupid automatic bot and FAQ. My dispute was automatically closed because the seller did not confirm my returned package in time but the tracking code is proof that package was delievered back to seller just in time. But without customer service there is no option for me to re-open the dispute. So wasted money, wasted time, not recommendable Sad

User's recommendation: do not use ALiexpress if you wish service.

disputed was closed automatically because seller did not confirm the returned goods, but tracking proofs that the returned package arrived well. So please re-open the dispute again: order number 3009838204926986
