MyNameNecklace - Poor customer service.
I paid for expedited shipping for Mothers Day and my package is nowhere to be found. They have a fake number for customer service and the help menu does not have a scenario that is applicable to my issue. I wanted to get a refund for the expedited shipping cost. My package did not arrive on time as they stated when I purchased it.
User's recommendation: Do not pay for expedited shipping if you still want to deal with this company. Order your items a month or 2 in advance. I ordered my item 3 weeks in advanced and payed for 5-7 day shipping.
