Getaroom - I was charged twice for a hotel booking with Iberostar.

I was charged twice for a booking with Iberostar by getaroom.com, operating as guestreservations CCI. It has been a month since ALL the customer service agents have been reading me a script that they are waiting from getaroom to respond to my charges.

It is appalling that a company like this is used by major chains.

Neither Iberostar nor getaroom is address issue.I have provided credit card statements with all the evidence and nothing has been addressed. t card state

Preferred solution: Full refund

User's recommendation: DO NOT USE. Do not fall prey to online tags. Call the hotel directly and ensure you are booking DIRECTLY with the hotel.
