Still absolutely nothing from this company even though I’ve reported every way possible, and have done everything I could.

Im wanting to report a business I recently came across. I found their website through a Snapchat ad. I bought a waist trainer from them but it didnt fit me so I issued a return. I followed their refund policy requirements and I emailed them and got the approval and confirmation to return my order for a refund. I followed their instructions through their site and email. Immediately after I sent back the package they stopped responding to any of my emails, messages, and calls. I still havent received my refund or a response back and its been more than enough time, and very frustrating. So I basically just gave them money for free now

User's recommendation: Don’t order from them. They’re unreliable and scam. If you don’t like your product or order any wrong sizes then don’t expect your money back no matter what they say.
