Milestone Management - Billing

I received a card, used it, never received a bill for payment but im receiving emails for payment. I follow link, go to create a log in and its asking for a account #. I have called 4 different #'s with no answers only left 2 voice mails and no return calls. Now im wondering how is this going to work with me trying to pay my bill and it not ruining my credit. So if someone could respond to this from milestone it would be greatly appreciated. James Garcia 315-664-****
