FedEx - VERY SAD CUSTOMER SERVICE

The box was delivered 150 pounds, I was home saw the truck the driver just dropped it off on the driveway and sped away. He did not even knock on the door, the door was open. I called talked to a guy, he says he sent an email to the local branch, no response, called the second time...and..... I called they said they could get the driver back, by this time he has gone home, the only other option was to leave it see if the driver would come out tomorrow, the driver represents FEDEX, very sad and again, very sad customer service. I would NEVER suggest FEDEX to anyone. Very sad, sad business

He did his job...it's on YOUR property... ts delivered...now YOU deal with the 150lb box.
