Marys Dogs - Discrimination/uncaring/defensive/hostile

Unfortunately I would not recommend this discriminatory and unprofessional organization. I messaged them with some genuine legitimate concerns on behalf of my relatives who had begun the adoption process at the end of 2020 with Mary's Dogs. Although my relatives did change their wants in a dog a few times, after 4 months, they still do not have a dog, and have stopped responding to my relatives until today...after I messaged them with my concerns, they immediately emailed my relatives and informed them that they were taken off the list based on my interactions with them - which concerned them. I have all screenshots. I gave them a fair and equal opportunity and even stated maybe it was an oversite but all I received was extremely unprofessional communication that was hostile, defensive, uncaring, accusatory. Their last message was that if my relatives didn't like it, they can go elsewhere, when they had NOTHING to do with any of this as it was ME reaching out...they didn't even know that I was or had reached out. Why should my interactions reflect on them? It has nothing to do with their adoption abilities. My relatives did NOTHING wrong for Mary's Dogs to terminate their application and adoption. Horrible business practices. Ethically and morally wrong!adopt elsewhere
