We were told because of Covid. Per our Agent skip . When the trip was on he would call my husband everyday at odd hours and 5 other agents would call. There were non stop calls to get us to get our tickets. We kept asking him. If because of COVID would we get our money...

I've got the same problem! Same scenario, I got my tickets and they forgot about me, with no one there to help me I'm forced to listen to empty promises and lies!!!

I truly believe they are all in a big office somewhere and will not allow you to talk with management because its just them and they don't care about anything but their sales and to *** with your wants they got your money and you are left holding the problems afterward. Worst people ever!!!!
