yesterday i spent 45 minutes trying to speak to one of your agents got nowhere and i tried again later with the same results,i would like to speak to a person not a robot, i think it is a ploy on your part not to speak to customers i would like to know why without the old chestnut that "that we are very busy". the reason i want to speak to an operator is for them to verify my request for apartment 314 because it has no steps i requested 314 in 2019 and got it ,i will be close to 85 years old in september and have to use a walking stick,and access to 314 has no steps as virtually all other apts do have,it also has a walk in shower, i know you are going to say it is down to sweet memories to allocate the apts but you r request on my behalf apt 314 secured it for on my medical grounds i hope you can help me in my request. i cannot give you my booking number because i do'nt have it yet. thank you. mr and mrs mottram
