Green Chef Corporation - Awful Customer Service and Delivery

I ordered my first subscription last week, only to have it say it was delivered and it was not delivered today. I called and spoke to an agent who was done very rude it took about five minutes if they would give me a credit on my account towards my next four boxes. I was very unhappy with the service due to the fact that my box was not delivered to my home which I stated for delivery options to deliver to the back door. The delivery option had said it was delivered to the front door at 2:01 PM and I was home all day my doorbell did not ring and there was no box delivered. I wasnt given many options I was not able to receive any other box I was told that is not how green chef works. So they told me that they could credit my account which I declined because what if my boxes wouldnt show up again I also asked if they could send me another box and they said they could not do that because that is not your policy. So I asked for a refund to my account and they said it was 10 business days to be refunded. I am very unhappy because when I ordered my money was taken right away, and now I have to wait 10 days to have my money given back. I started a chat with another agent who was also unable to help me and suggested she could credit my account towards my next box for free but technically it wouldnt be for free because she was going to take my bank account refund that was being issued back. Im very unhappy with the customer service and your policies. I will not order in the future again and likely will tell others not to as well. I believe if it was necessary that the company could have compensated me the correct way. But I was told thats not your policy. I want to voice my opinion and how my delivery and subscription went I also canceled all subscriptions and will not be ordering again. In the future I suggest that you change your policies because of your customers are going to leave.
