I purchased a 3 year home warranty with this company based on their high rating. I am close to the end of the warranty period and won't extend it due to very poor respone and multiple repeat service call on various covered products.

the worst case was that it took 6 months to resolve a problem with my microwave oven. currently i have a plumbing issue that has been rescheduled 3 times so far and I still don't know if they will show up this time.

I have called them and they don't respond. this is the type of service they provide..

User's recommendation: don't use this service.
