PNC Bank - WORTHLESS CLOWNS

What is the point of listing a branch lobby hours if the branch lobby doors are locked during those posted hours? If I wanted a *** ATM, I would have looked for an ATM. There was a reason I wanted an actual person in the damn lobby helping me. But, PNC chooses to waste their customers' time with information that is patently FALSE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I am sick of all the excuses on COVID or anything else. If they do not want to staff branches then close the damn branches and remove lobby hours from their website and doors!

FTD - Lousy service and poor security protocols

A $40 order became a $65 order with their delivery charges. When attempting to cancel the order placed just minutes earlier, two separate representatives claimed it had already shipped. There is no way it could possibly ship that quickly. While I did finally get it canceled, it was not without extreme aggravation. Security protocols on their website are pathetic, the password requirement includes a "special character" but they do not say which magical "special characters" are acceptable and which are not. The "-" was not acceptable, but there was no detail that it wasn't.

Stop the lousy business practices of jacking up delivery fees. Also stop hiding what is required of customers to setup accounts. If there is a specific password protocol, then they need to detail what that is.

After bashing JEGS with the Better Business Bureau, JEGS finally coughed up the remaining money they owed me. After this experience, I will NEVER even consider doing business with JEGS. They could offer free parts and I'd tell them to buzz off.

Public Storage - Arbitrary rent increases with virtually zero notice

Public Storage is a disgusting company from virtually every angle. In the last year, they have increased the rent for a unit at least twice and have done so with virtually zero notice. And all this while they have all sorts of offers to get people into units. As is so often the case, they really have no interest in customers being loyal. They choose to go ahead with arbitrary and capricious rental rate increases to screw over existing customers. They also have a problem with rent proration. They will pro-rate rent when you move in, but refuse to do so when you move out. This is an especially sleazy business practice. The last day of any calendar month is not necessarily the easiest day for tenants to get their stuff out. Many people have to schedule this type of work on as weekend when it doesn't interfere with a work or school schedule. Inevitably, this causes tenants to have to pay for days that are not used. And then there is the condition of the property. Feel free to store your possessions with a company that allows bird crap to build up all over the place.

User's recommendation: Avoid Public Storage at all costs. It isn't worth your money.

Steingard Medical Group - Lousy medical practice

Steingard Medical Group - 5830 N 19th Ave, Phoenix, AZ 85015. No person concerned about his/her health should ever trust this practice with your medical care. AVOID AT ALL COST!!!!!!

The incompetency of the Steingard Medical staff has no limit. Their inability to properly complete medical claims causes them to be remain unpaid for considerable time. This results in them getting hostile with me even though I continued to advocate with the insurance company to get the outstanding claims paid. When I didn't drop everything and respond to a voice mail, they decided to discharge me as a patient and sent ONE of the five bills to collections. At that point in January 2019, this was the first time I even received a bill on any of the outstanding claims. I had been staying in contact with the accounting staff as I argued over and over with the insurance company to get the claims paid. The voice mail was left on January 10, while I was literally watching my father pass away. When I followed up with the Steingard to explain the delay in responding, they couldn't have cared any less. While I do note that a patient remains financially liable for services, I find it quite interesting that this group can get some claims paid and not others. Instead of blaming the insurance company, I now put the burden at the feet of the clowns at Steingard. The insurance company has demonstrated that claim are paid, when they are submitted properly. If the idiots at Steingard don't know how to complete claims properly and consistently, then the responsibility is on them. In the months since their notice discharging me, they refused to respond to my request for reconsideration until today. The answer on whether I can see my PCP is NO! So, I have informed the insurance company to refuse to pay the claims. Steingard can send everything to collections if they so wish, I will NEVER pay. And, I don't care one bit about having medical collections on my credit report. When they can't even consider a death in the family as a valid delay in responding to a voice mail, I'm not going to give them a cent!

I got a basic acknowledgement of my complaint to the company, but nothing of substance and definitely didn't pro-rate the last month of rent. - I STILL ADVISE OTHERS TO LOOK ELSEWHERE!

Regarding the 4034 East McDowell Road, Phoenix, AZ 85008 location-----To call this place a dive would be a massive overstatement. The property is clearly not maintained. There is bird *** everywhere. The trash area has been overflowing each time I've been at the property. The so-called elevator is really only a lift that must be operated from outside the lift and I question the safety of their system. The manager is also a total waste. And to top it all off, they do NOT pro-rate your closeout of your unit. They have no problem with a pro-rata adjustment when you move in, so you only pay for the days you are there. But, they refuse the pro-rata adjustment when you move out. I STRONGLY suggest looking at other storage operators as this one is just nasty.... from the appearance, to the cleanliness, to the management! There are much better options than this pigsty!

Centene - TOTAL FRAUDS!!!!

While I still believe Centene and its subsidiaries are frauds, I must qualify my criticism with updated information. In all the conflict to get outstanding claims paid, it became apparent that the medical practice shares blame in this mess.

If they cannot consistently file full complete claims, then they are part of the problem.

Centene could do a better job working with the medical practices, and they definitely could improve their customer service! But, they can only go so far in assisting incompetent *** at a medical practice.

These people couldn't make a cup of coffee without screwing it up. Each year, they change their websites and lock policyholders out of their online account pages. In 2018, these fraudulent clowns decided that all policyholders rolling over from 2017 to 2018 would have to re-register with a COMPLETELY DIFFERENT email address WITHOUT telling anyone this was necessary. Over and over and over, I tried to access my account but nope... Ambetter and their sleazy owners (Centene) wouldn't allow access. Thankfully for 2019, Ambetter wasn't the only exchange insurance company in Phoenix, AZ. I was able to switch to something better.... of course, that isn't saying much. Satan himself would have a better policy experience than these frauds!!!!! Rube Goldberg would have a simpler, responsive system than these LOSERS! I strongly encourage anyone and everyone to skip having health insurance altogether than spend one dime with these slimy frauds! With 2018 not even complete, these scam artists blocked me out of my account. Why? Undoubtedly, it is because I went somewhere else and that I have filed multiple complaints against them with the Department of Insurance and the Arizona Attorney General. No insurance at all is a better choice that these frauds!

Centene - SLEAZY FRAUDS!

Originally posted December 20, 2018, I can update that as of January 20.... Centene had made ZERO effort to contact me.

Additional communications with Ambetter in Arizona have also been ignored. Calls are NEVER EVER returned. File appeals all you want, just don't expect them to EVER respond.

I filed 4 appeals on September 15, 2018 and to date, I still haven't received a formal response on any of them. SLEAZY FRAUDS!!!!

Centene Corporation tries to operate and exist as a hidden, unknown parent company of Ambetter, Health Net, and several other trade names. With some insurance companies, there is never any doubt who is the actual parent company is... i.e. SafeCo is a Liberty Mutual company, or Esurance being part of Allstate. However, Centene makes every effort to avoid being known and for good reason. They are a fraud. A sleazy unethical FRAUD! Do your research and make sure you aren't selecting a company owned and operated by Centene. They screw up invoices, they fail to pay providers, and fail to respond to appeals and complaints. Any attorney wanting a class action case.... let me know.
