Verified Reviewer | Acton, EnglandNorton AntiVirus - I have not been able to transfer Norton 360 to new laptop.
I can't change my username or password I have been trying now for 2 days. I have even spoken to the customer service, no help at all. I paid for this service less than 3 weeks ago and unfortunately my old computer had the blue screen of death shortly after I installed 360 on it. I am not very good with computers it's all gobbledygook to me. Looks like I will have to suffer the financial cost. Thanks, Norton from a very pissed off customer.
User's recommendation: Unless you are an absolute wiz with computer stuff don't get Norton.
