I have found them terrible this year. The company seems to have gone badly downhill, they claim that they cannot give a refund until the subscription has run for 135 days, and that since I renewed on 26th November last year, only 60 days have elapsed. This is Sunday April 11th, 136 days since I renewed, so that is a lie. The software no longer works on my Apple Mac, as Apple warned me it would not. Their response? Nothing they can do, their engineer ducked out of the conversation and left me to it. Not impressed at all.
