Ordered several parts to repair mower, several parts went on back order even though stating they were in stock. After finely receiving my order weeks later, parts were missing from the order.

Called customer service several times before getting through. Customer service agent was helpful even checking with the Wearhouse to make Shure the missing part V Belt 4L Wrapped set was available. Received what was the missing part to find I had only gotten one V Belt of the two V Belts in the wrapped set that was missing. Have been trying to contact Customer service to get the last missing V Belt I had paid for.

Tried Calling, online contact from, emailed orders@ jacks still no response. At this point I would not trust buying from them again, be aware.

I was told by a customer service supervisor (Dianna)at my local Home Depot, that Home Depot would not honor the 5 year warranty even though I had the receipt and was within the warranty time. She told me that Home Depot would only honor a return within 90 days.

I was not there for a 90 day return I was there for a 5 year warranty exchange. She promptly told me I had to take up the warranty with the manufacture (EVERBILT AKA Home Depot). If I understand the Limited Warranty listed on the back of the package Home Depot warrants this product for 60 months under normal use and service conditions. This element lasted 4 year under normal conditions in our home hot water tank before failing.

I would like to exchange it within the warranty service time of 60 months. Will Home Depot honor its warranty or not.

Read the warranty. Does it say to take it back to the store you bought it from or does it say to contact the manufacturer or send it to them?

Retail stores don't back warranties, The manufacturer is responsible for the warranty. You need to follow the directions in the warranty and not just assume you can return the product to the store.

eReplacementParts - Sent wrong items, Now charged double for shipping and tax on replacement

After waiting three weeks for my order I find eReplacement has shipped someone elses parts to me. After calling C.S. to get things cleared up I get an email stating that I was only refunded the cost of the original gutter kit of $52.32. What happed to the extra shipping and Tax paid on the original order. Then I get an email for the new gutter kit order. Cost of $57.99 plus shipping and tax on the new Order. What is going on and why am I paying more for eReplacements mistakes. I have already paid for the shipping and tax on this item. I have sent several emails for an explanation no response.
