Select Home Warranty - I have been waiting a month for repair

I called Select Home Warranty on March 2, 2021 to place an order that my clothes dryer was broken it is still broken it has not been repaired and I have a big problem with that I pay you guys every month and I cant get my dryer fixed theres a problem no one is returning my car to tell me anything so someone needs to get in touch with me as soon as possible

Preferred solution: My clothes dryer fixed or refund me all my money I have paid from the day I purchased the warranty from Select Home Warranty
