Bad Boy Furniture - Bad customer service

Hi My name is Somaya Younis I bought a washer and a dryer in 2017 and I bought an extended warranty for them Now I have issues with the dryer I went to the store and submitted a request to get service to it but no one got reply and I talked to the store manager to help with it no response and not even reply or heard anything even I told them I can fixed and send you the receipt they said no and because of Covid 19 it will be taken another 4-6 weeks until someone comes to check the issue and another 10 months to be ready to use do you think this good response So why we buying and pay our money to get this service , I am so upset and disappointed with this service Thanks 519-854-****
