Hello, Ive brought my vehicle into NTB a total of 4 times and have spoken with customer service 3 times but my car is still broken, I have yet to receive a response and Im asking for a full refund/cancelation on my finance. The first time I brought my car into NTB I was GUARANTEED that the problem would be fixed, it was not .

When I drove off with my car I noticed that the problem was still there and they asked me to bring it back a second time . I brought it back once again and a representative confessed that a line guy cracked a part on my car and that they re-fixed it. After driving off a second time , the car was still broken. I called again , and he asked me to come in for a third time ,I agreed to come back in but also asked if the problem persisted after that could I receive a refund, he confirmed that a refund was an option(I have audio evidence of this ) !

I brought it back a third time only to be told that it was best to bring it to another shop because they were unsure what was wrong with it . Later that day I spoke to someone in corporate on getting a refund/cancellation on the refund and he asked me to submit my video evidence of the manager confirming this . I submitted my video evidence and am now waiting on a reply.

I have called off of work multiple times because of the work that needed to be done to my car , I feel unsafe driving my car and am highly upset that it is still broken and am being told that they dont know what the problem is . Can I please receive a refund/cancellation on finance.
