eRelevance - Auto renewal and harassment of our clients

They are holding us to a contract for 6 months , auto renewed . They are overcharging us 201.00 A month and although they are not provinding the services , they are still charging us .

At eRelevance, we work very hard to provide a world-class marketing service to our customers guided by a few core tenets – transparency and trustworthiness. When we sign up a customer, we go out of our way to review, multiple times, the terms and conditions of our agreement – to ensure that our customers understand what they are signing.

When we sign an agreement, we obligate ourselves to provide service even though there are times when we are given bad patient databases, providers that have horrible relationships with their patients, and their staff that doesn’t follow-up on the responses being generated. The truth is, we have never quit on a customer and expect them to honor their agreement, just as they expect the same from their customers.
