I PAID 139.00 FOR DIVORCE PAPERS I EXPLAIN TO THEM EVERYTHING THEY NEEDED TO KNOW ABOUT MY CASE AND ALSO MENTIONED TO DIVORCE ONLINE THAT THE MISSING SPOUSE WAS NOT REACHABLE AND THAT I DID NOT HAVE AN ADDRESS FOR HIM HE IS MIA AND DIVORCE ONLINE KNOWS THIS.THIS IS MY FIRST TIME CONTACTING THEM I NEVER BEEN THOUGH A DIVORCE BEFORE THIS WAS ALL NEW TO ME AND I TOLD THIS TO DIVORCE ONLINE THEY INSIST ON SENDING ME THE PAPERS THAT I DID NOT NEEDED I ACTUALLY CALLED THE COURT HOUSE THEY TOLD ME THAT THOSE PAPERS WAS NOT NECESSARY BECAUSE THE SPOUSE WAS NOT TO BE LOCATED AND THE COURTS INFORMED ME TO CALL DIVORCE ONLINE AND REQUEST A REFUND I DID EXACTLY THAT AND THESE HOODS TOLD ME THAT I CANNOT GET A REFUND THEY SAID AS LONG AS THOSE USELESS PAPERS SHIPPED I CANNOT GET A REFUND THE CUSTOMER SERVICE REP WAS VERY NASTY THEY DID NOTHING TO HELP ME AND I SPOKE WITH SOMEONE FROM THEIR BILLING DEPARTMENT AND THE PERSON I SPOKE WITH WAS ALSO UNPROFESSIONAL AND RUDE THEY WAS HELPFUL AT ALL I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS RIPOFF TO ANYONE DIVORCE ONLINE IS A LOW BUDGET SCAM BUSINESS

Residence Inn - Horrible staff and horrible room

ME AND MY FAMILY CHECKED IN AND SOON AS WE WERE CHECKING IN WE WERE DOWN GRADED BY THE STAFF FOR HAVING OUR CLOTHES IN BAGS, AND I HAD ALREADY PAID IN ADVANCE FOR THE ROOM THE MARRIOTT RESIDENCE INN, HAD US TO WAIT A HOUR AND A HALF TO BE PUT IN A ROOM WHILE WE WERE GETTING OUR BAGS OUT OF THE CAR OUR THIRTEEN YEAR OLD SON HEARD THE STAFF DOWN GRADE HIS FAMILY IN HIS FACE AND HIM BEING A MINOR THE STAFF PICKING ON HIS FAMILY REALLY HURT HIS FEELING. ME BEING A PARENT I TOLD MY SON NOT TO WORRY AND I IMMEDIATELY CALLED CORPORATE, BUT THAT IS JUST HALF OF WHAT IS HAPPENING AT MARRIOTT RESIDENCE INN.WE GOT IN THE ROOM WE HAD TO TAKE PICTURES OF HOW NASTY AND BAD SMELLING. MY FAMILY MEMBER WENT THERE AS I MADE A CALL IN ORDER THREE WEEKS AGO AND I SPOKE WITH ONE OF THE EMPLOYEE NAME HEATHER WHOM TOOK MY ORDER I UNDERSTAND THAT THEY WAS VERY BUSY AT THAT TIME BUT AS I SPOKE WITH HER TO PLACE MY ORDER SHE WAS IMPATIENT VERY RUDE LOUD AND OBNOXIOUS, SHE SEEMED TO BE HIGH ARE DRUNK, AND CONTINUED TO CALL OUT MY ORDER INCORRECTLY.
