Ameriglide - Hard to work with

I ordered 3 chair lifts and a day later they accessed my card to pay for them , After discussing I needed these right away \, they left order on desk for 5 days before processing it. a short delay and we were back on schedule only to install 2 units and when we started on 3rd unit we were short several parts . Now tech support asked for photos of parts we had and photos on ends of chanels. When I asked about overnight parts shipment was told not this week so we improvised and bought bolts and made the other pieces as we had a dead line of today. We have it working but want the missing parts to make it right.. Tech support has been quite disappointing to work with , we are talking about $30.00 of pieces He has to verify missing pieces before shipping a lot of parts out . then calls me" Bud" in a reply I asked why he does not trust the parts are missing and send them.
