Best Buy - Refund of $3800.00 due since December 2020.

Had 2 different purchases of $1938.00 each for Geek Squad service. They are not responding to my requests. They give me a case number and say they are working on it but I do not hear from them and I have to do the contacting. I have spoken with 14 different people since trying to get my money returned.

User's recommendation: Do not use Geek Squad. I was in process of needing a new laptop and going there, but that is not happening.

Send their corporate office a certified letter asking for your money. No reply in 30 day take them to court.
