Sams Club - Fraudulent purchases done online

We had a Fraudulent purchase, this is the second time its happened.We call ahead of time while it is pending you say the company is looking into it and it goes anyway. Then we have to call your company and get it our money. The thing is that the two items both times we would have never brought. This is total uncall for. Remibure our acct right now. We changed our password.

User's recommendation: Dont process and acct to you make sure that person actually purchased.
