Cost Cutters - Terrible experience with manager

I stopped in on 3/23 and there was an extended wait time, I asked about scheduling an appointment for 3/25, the woman working scheduled me for a 4:15 appointment, I left work early that day and when I arrived on time for my scheduled appointment time the 2 ladies working said it would be a 30 min wait, I advised I had a 4:15 appointment time and she said yeah we dont honor those, thats more of a suggested time walk ins take precedent, she was extremely rude, I asked for a phone # to reach out to corporate she said yeah, Im not going to give you that, dig for it online. I asked for her name she said Ashley Burns, Im the manager. I stated I was disappointed and upset over this and she laughed and said ok have a nice day.

User's recommendation: Normally I wouldn’t give a poor review but customer service was terrible.
