DCG Stores - Poor Customer Service

I ordered a futon cover and they sent me a smaller cover than dimensions specified on their website. This was a mistake on their part, however, they require that I pay for the return shipping and the, so-called "free" shipping for sending me the wrong size cover. Furthermore, after sending them photos showing the incorrect measurement, they still will not take responsibility for the item being the wrong size. I've sent several emails and made calls with no resolution.

User's recommendation: Buy somewhere else.
