Elitist ignorant and condescending behavior to participants. I recommend finding alternatives because they appear to be incapable of answering questions without treating participants with respect.

I was involved in a discussion which included a few of their moderators. They seemed very happy with the discussion and participated freely. I pointed out a mistake one of them made in a post and was immediately admonished by 3 different moderators and banned.

Some posters take offense when they are told they are wrong. It is not being rude it is getting to the point quickly and being honest.

I am not a mentor just a user. Physics forums is a wealth of knowledge with professional Scientists and academics on hand to help.
