Shame on Clinique for posting "free products" on Facebook.

Clinique posted on Facebook that they were giving away Free Samples of beauty products. So, I opened the site and asked for a free sample. They took me to a site where they determine what you "need". They determined I needed a wrinkle-reducer cream. I filled out the information and waited for my free sample. When I got it, I found it to be no better than any other so-called wrinkle cream. Later, when I got my bank statement, I was charged $87.50 for the free sample!! I called the bank and in a three-way call I was told I would get a refund. Hasn't happened yet. Not happy. I cannot return the free sample because I opened it. How else could I try it? D'uh? I am pissed! Shame on Clinique for posting on Facebook that these were free sample when they clearly are not! AlluraDerm doesn't want to give me a refund and I haven't gotten one from my bank either. Will be calling the bank again!!
