Grandson stranded because of Greyhound lousy bus service
Update by user Jun 15, 2017

My grandson was made to sleep outside on the street and wasn't allowed back in the terminal because his ticket was taken away and was no longer considered a customer. Greyhound doesn't care about people.

You shouldn't let your Grandson ride the Greyhound Bus. He have his belongings stolen from him and there are alot of unsavory characters lurking in the Greyhound stations looking for naive people to take advantage of. Next time, buy him an airline ticket.

False Advertizing by Clinique

Update by user Jun 01, 2017

Shame on Clinique for posting "free products" on Facebook.

Original review posted by user Jun 01, 2017
Clinique posted on Facebook that they were giving away Free Samples of beauty products. So, I opened the site and asked for a free sample. They took me to a site where they determine what you "need". They determined I needed a wrinkle-reducer cream. I filled out the information and waited for my free sample. When I got it, I found it to be no better than any other so-called wrinkle cream. Later, when I got my bank statement, I was charged $87.50 for the free sample!! I called the bank and in a three-way call I was told I would get a refund. Hasn't happened yet. Not happy. I cannot return the free sample because I opened it. How else could I try it? D'uh? I am pissed! Shame on Clinique for posting on Facebook that these were free sample when they clearly are not! AlluraDerm doesn't want to give me a refund and I haven't gotten one from my bank either. Will be calling the bank again!!

I received an e mail today that AlluraDerm is refunding my money. My bank reopened my dispute as I tried calling the company to return the product and they refused.

It is not their policy to refund any money after the so-called "free trial".

I am thankful to my bank and to AlluraDerm for issuing me a refund.

This issue is over.

Mount Graham Regional Medical Center - Mt. Graham didn't properly take care of my daughter

Last February my daughter kept fainting so I took her to Mt. Graham Medical Center. They said she was drunk and had passed out. Sent her home after IV treatment. A couple of days later she fainted several times in one day and I called 911. She was transported to Mt. Graham by ambulance where once again they said she was drunk and passing out. I suggested to the doctor that she was fainting like she had a spinal cord injury. He laughed and said she was just drunk and passing out. The last time she passed out she had a sudden splitting headache so I took her to Morenci Clinic where the Urgent Care doctor recognized the symptoms of a brain bleed. We finally got some help. A CT at Mt. Graham showed two brain bleeds! My daughter spent about two weeks in ICU in a hospital in Tucson. I credit the doctor at Morenci Clinic for saving my daughter's life. But Mt. Graham was negligent.

Us Web Technologies - USWeb Technologies ripped me off!

I needed help with my computer and a few years ago bought virus protection from US Web Technologies. It was supposed to be "for life". I called them to help me because my computer was freezing up and I couldn't watch any videos - neither on Netflix nor on Facebook. I kept getting an error message. I was without my computer for almost two days. When they told me it was done I checked and it was still messed up. I rebooted my pc and uninstalled some new programs and refreshed my browser. Voila! it works. I was checking my checking account and found two charges for $500 and $200!! Yipes! I'm on a fixed income! I won't have enough to pay my health insurance!! Will have to borrow money from Mom so it will go through. I am so pissed I could spit nails! I called the bank to stop payment, but they've already gone through which means I won't get my money back for weeks!! Also I put in a complaint with Paypal as they took my money from my Paypal account! Of course, it's connected to my bank account! Now I have to change my passwords and wait for my money. I will have to change to Norton or some other virus protection.... fine with me. US Web didn't do anything in the two days that I was without my pc service.

Vipre or US Web Technologies is so mad at me that they just wiped out my bank account! Because they are computer techs, they can access just about anyone's computer.

They took all my money out of the bank and left me -$100 in the red!!

Please don't have any dealings with them. they like to pick on the elderly (I am 73).

US Web Technologies refuses to return my money. They tell me I have been hacked!

Yes I was, by them!! I am so angry!!

#1273713

Someone remotely removed my file on US Web Technologies a few minutes ago.... could only be them.

They were trying to delete my file on Paypal... but I unplugged my pc for a few minutes.

#1273558

They charged me a total of $700. $200 and $500 to Target and Paypal. I did not authorize these payments!

Verizon Wireless - Verizon and Asurion go back on their word.

My daughter and her partner bought four phones from Verizon on contract. Each phone died one at a time and now the last two phones are dying and broken. Asurion tells them it's Verizon's problem and Verizon tells them it's Asurion's problem. Meanwhile, they are told to file a claim and hope for the best!! C'mon. They are paying about $300 a month for phones that don't work!! Their contract isn't up until November 2015, so they can't opt out. To quit Verizon and break the contract would cost them $1500!!!! Can you beat that! Paying for months for broken phones that don't work properly!! Yeah, I will probably switch companies also as soon as my contract is up!!

Verizon fixed the problem. Thank you Verizon.

I am happy with my wireless service and didn't really want to change. Verizon does cost more than some other cellular services, but except for the problem my daughter had with broken phones, I am satisfied with the outcome and my service.

1SaleADay - One Sale a Day doesn't deliver!

I bought a child's tablet on One Sale a Day with a rebate of at least 1/2 the price. Ha! Try to get the rebate... they sent me a post card telling me that the receipt didn't have a date on it or that it was past the allotted time for requesting it. Also, the *** tablet is "locked". I tried several times to enter/download information on it and it wouldn't even let me in! This item belonged to someone else who locked it and no one can get in... Several "geeks" tried to get in also and the tablet is still locked. Can't get my money back because I tried for two months to open the darn thing!! I will not buy anything from One Sale a Day or One Deal a Day again!!

Telebrands

I went online to try to order 2 Boston Lanterns and inadverdently ordered more than 2. A space asked if I wanted 2, I clicked yes, it asked me again so I clicked yes. The bill was for $83.95! I phoned immediately telling them I had made a mistake online. They told me that order couldn't be cancelled for 24 hours. So I called them the next day. Told the same thing. I called the third day and was told they would cancel the order. Then my checking account was billed the $83.95! I called and they told me to return the package with a Return Authorization Code. They are sending me two more lanterns!!!! I received one box and have to go to the post office to send it back.

Bank Of America - B of A uses telemarketers to get your money

You get a phone call that starts: "Because you have been a loyal customer of Bank of America, we want to send you a $500 Walmart gift card. All you have to do is look over the information we send you about this program. We will charge your account $1.95. Look over the information and if you don't like it cancel and owe nothing. If you don't cancel in time, we will charge your account $13-$15 every month. Then we will send you your $500 card just for trying our program.... BALONEY! It's a scam. They take money from your account and send you their garbage and you look it over, cancel and you NEVER GET THE $500 CARD! And, in case you didn't cancel in time, they take more money out of your account. - Oh, if you say you don't want the card they keep asking Why? As long as you keep saying NO they will call you everyday sometimes up to 5 times a day trying to get you to say yes! So I'm closing all my accounts with BofA! They told me that I can "opt" out so I don't get those calls - but it would be a month before they stop calling me!
