We have had no contact from the company to resolve this. We have filed a disputed claim with VISA.

I ordered a piece of artwork from this company. When I received it the colors were not even close to what was pictured on their website. I tried to secure a return label from them to return the artwork because Fedex would not accept the return package without a return label. I emailed and called numerous times. They refused to issue the label even though I agreed to have the shipping costs deducted from my refund. Steer clear of this company. They are the worst company I have ever dealt with. Their customer service is very poor!
