This happens all the time. People order food, they cannot afford to eat, so they eat the food, lie and claim there was something wrong with the food and demand a full refund. If they had no issue when it came to eating the food, they should have no issue paying for it. If they cannot afford to then they should see if there are programs to help them out. Honestly the same thing happens in hotel complaints. People spend the night, or several nights, lie about the conditions, and demand a full refund. They did not have an issue with these conditions while staying. They obviously cannot afford to stay at a hotel. In this case they should sleep on the streets, in a homeless shelter, at the bus station in their cars ect.

Sadly this asking for refunds, or reduced pricing happens all the time. For example, people go to restaurants, eat the food, order out eat the food, lie and claim it was burned, raw. cold ect. They demand a full refund. The truth is there was nothing wrong with the food. They are either too cheap to pay, or cannot afford to. They do not realize that there are soup kitchens for people in their situation, or even food drives where they can get canned food. EBT,ect. Another example is they stay in the hotel room and lie a nd claim there were bedbugs, dirty conditions. They want a full refund. Yet they had no issue staying the night, or several nights. They only "notice" these "issues" when it is time to pay. If they cannot afford a hotel room, there is no need to lie. They can just sleep on the streets, in their car if they can afford one. There are homeless shelters for them. This woman is doing the same by asking for a price reduction. It is a shame that people need to lie to get things.
