GameStop fraud

Recently I bought a brand new game final fantasy from GameStop at 202 WALTON WAY, STE 172, CEDAR PARK, TX 78613. Game was for xobox360 and should have 3 DVDs inside. When I opened the pack, I got only one DVD. I went to gamestop for replacement, guy says, he does not have replacement and will not refund. He asked me to go to another store at lakeline mall, Austin, Texas. I went there. Guy gave me 2 used dvds instead of new one. After some arguments, he agreed to refund the money. Point is, beware of such malpractice from GameStop. Please buy games from any other place but gamestop. You will get better deal and much more polite customer service.

Saint Michael Medical center, Newark, NJ is criminal organization

This is not hospital. This is criminal organization run by some of the worst people on earth. Here is my story. Few years back on one of the Friday evening, My wife had extreme migraine headache. Her dr. told us to take her to Hospital at around 6.00pm in the evening. So we went to emergency of this Hospital. A lady at counter ask for insurance information along with 100.00$. I gave both. She didn't gave me any receipt for same. We were in the waiting room for another 6 hours. At 12.00, my brother requested for a bed. They provided my wife a bed near a rest room. No one else visited us. After an hour, my wife said, she is feeling well so we decided to go home. See the miracle, all of sudden a dr. was free for her. He told us, he won't let us go without cat scan. OR we must fill plenty of forms. He also said, you have insurance, why worry ? That *** didn't know that Insurance provide only money...not time. We had to do it because filling up those forms are even more time consuming. Everything was good we came back home at 2.30am around. After almost 2 years, I received an invoice saying I have to pay 100.00$ for that day. I call and ask a mean lady, what is this bill about. She said, because it is in our system. Well after some argument, I thought why bother for 100.00$. I paid. Conclusion 1. They forced us to go for cat scan. 2. Some times dr. might be busy, we understand. that is what the reason given to us. Then why all of sudden a doctor is free when we say we want to leave ? Answer is, just to make quick money. All I am saying is, be careful when you visit these Mafias.

Last week I bought living room furniture from Roomstore. On Saturday I received my stuff. All look good but coffee table. It was not damaged, but its surface was not flat. I can say it was not properly made. I went to showroom. Sales man gave me phone number 1-80*-755-****. I called there and there you go... A long message about how great they are. A person picked up phone who knows nothing and has no authority. He said a technician will call me in 48 hours. I am still waiting for him/her. No call yet. Well this is my last purchase from roomstore. Please stay away from these people and save your time and money.

bought a new house, urchased bedroom and living room sectional from Room Store 4 weeks before I closed on my house. Salesman screwed up my delivery of bedroom furniture and it was delivered a week after I moved into house.

Failed to deliver dresser rails so that was another 2 weeks since the store was liquidated and WENT OUT OF BUSINESS! However, my sectional sofa was on backorder and I have YET to receive it. Called the 800 number and person suggested I get a refund because they were liquidated and not interested in processing orders so I requested refund. Was told 3 weeks to get it and it has been 4 weeks and NO MONEY!!

still dont have livign room furniture either...times are hard and i need my refund money to buy furniture!

I am pissed and will be trying to find out what my options are since the store is gone out of business. I need my $2000!

My issue is resolved. I got replacement of my table. I would be much happier if whole process would be much easier.
