Brother Industries - Can't get online help from a real person or chat for a printer that stopped scanning documents

VERY FRUSTRATING ... scanner on my MFC9325CW printer - scanner stops scanning half way through the scan process - I have uninstalled and reinstalled the program drivers several times and the zipped files won't open Scanner still ot working I have tried to contact Brothers but it keeps looping back to the same page with absolutely NO HELP I want a real person - or - at least chat This website really needs to be more computer operator friendly - I am not computer illiterate - Just Frikkin Frustrated Willi
