Sterling National Bank - Trying to reach Customer service for a week. They were suppose to call me back I waited so long on the phone. No call back.

I need to speak to customer service. I am holding on for days. They say wait time is thirty minutes but they don't tell you what day. I can't get through to the bank. I need to speak to someone immediately. I am on the phone again right now no one picks up. All they do is use the pandemic as an excuse. Their banking was disgraceful long before the pandemic.
