To date they have done nothing to stand by there faulty work, and making a issue worse, at my cost .The only response from the garage was an attack on the customer for calling Joe out on his lies.

I mailed a hard copy of Pissed review , along with Valvoline original bill and my mechanic bill of 1825.00 , asking for a refund or apology at least. I mailed it certified mail , return receipt ( signed for by Mr R.

Wade ) corporate headquarters in Lexington KY .

I have heard nothing . Awful :( some of us are on a budget and trusted the consumer to there job.

I received oil change and 79.99 extra fee for rear shift differential check , 1 day later I ended up with a 1,800 bill from mechanic on a blown rear shift diff ( he stated who did the chop up work on rear shift diff ) very disappointed and broke
