We purchased a Brondell Bidet, it was installed 05/01/20 on 12/28/20 the remoted failed to "talk" to seat. it took 3 months of phone calls that the only option was to leave a VM with a return call to come. That never happened... Finally, after emailing multiple times we finally got a response. We were asked to reset the unit and were given written instruction. We did it multiple times, still the same issue. Now I must mention my sister had this exact same issue with her bidet seat in October, at that point they were actually answering their phones. They immediately sent her a replacement. The replacement was defective, and they sent her yet another replacement. I was told that option was not available to us as of January because they were having to replace so many of these bidet seats. There were only two options provided. Send it in for repairs which would mean we would have to cap the water source and purchase a toilet seat in the interim. The second option was a 10% discount on a replacement. ARE YOU KIDDING ME? I paid $495.00 for this piece of garbage that lasted only eight months. We have decided to cut our losses and purchase a better rated manufacturer. PLEASE DO NOT BUY THEIR PRODUCTS THEY DO NOT CARE ABOUT QUALITY OR CUSTOMER SERVICE. BLONDELL SUCKS!
