Finally delivered the chair and area rugs..

Called LazyBoy to check on delivery and was advised that the rug pads have still not come in (the area rugs have been available). So disappointed with this purchase. Will never do business with this company again.

Lazboy - Poor service

Originally ordered an area rug that was supposed to arrive in March. When we called to get the status in March, we were told it could be as late as July. We cancelled that order and selected two smaller area rugs that were in stock and ordered a recliner as well. We were told the rugs would be here in 2 weeks. Well, it's been 2 weeks and we haven't heard anything, yet our credit card has been charged!

User's recommendation: Get your furniture and rugs elsewhere.

Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with product or service ordered. A representative from Express Scripts called and additionally sent an email. The issue has been resolved and the prescription from January is finally being filled..
