Bought a brand new 46,000 dollar fifthwheel trailer on 11/28/20 from Chesaco RV had to bring it back right away for warranty issues they missed on pre delivery inspection that I paid for. The trailer has been their for 6 weeks and hasnt even been brought into the shop to repair. They called me today and told me they might get the trailer in next week to start the repairs. The excuse they keep giving me is they had a mechanic quit, theyre short handed and theyre real busy. In what world is this acceptable! I have been diagnosed with cancer and was looking forward to getting away with my wife to share some time together before things got bad. This experience has put an extreme amount of stress in our lives and we would like it to end.

2021 eagle ht 28.5 rsts, bought this trailer 11/28/20 brand new and got a POS with multiple issues like a bent kitchen slide cable bracket, something sticking through the fiberglass on the side and a soft floor in front of shower with a loud squeak, I have never used the trailer because its been at the dealership where I bought it for 5 weeks, Id expect more from a 46,000 dollar trailer but I guess I expected too much. Im heartbroken from what the RV industry has become, but you all dont care because RV sales are up. Just try to remember how the RV sales where in 2008 and 2009, SAD

User's recommendation: Do Not buy a Jayco product, they are Junk, their customer service department ran by Steven Claude is a joke and will treat you like a criminal. You’ve been Warned.
