Accident claim improperly processed. Agent took 3 months to follow up with me after car accident. She sent a letter list only one option listed for resolution. We have been with and aid for uninsured motorists for almost 20 years, this is he first we have ever had any kind of auto incident. When I finally got a call back from my claim agent, she was rude and short and told me not to call her to ask her questions since I had a lawyer. I told her I have been paying for this service for and if I had a question about the service she was providing I am going to call my Geico rep.
