I have been fighting all day to get in touch with someone at this company. After purchasing a one-month profile upgrade and the money taken from my account, I keep getting told that I am not a paid member and prompted to buy another subscription. I created three claim tickets in regard to the issue and haven't gotten any type of help. I tried calling their office and got prompted to file a claim ticket! This is ridiculous!
