Apple - Being mislead and lied to

I called in to report that the same hackers/scammers that have hacked my device and have many scam sites and apps are the same people all over Apples' bounty program hundreds of times and was told that discovery does warrant compensation and when I called in to report it a rep made a 5k bet that he lost might I add then proceeded to call me a liar and scream at me. I waited a month and a half to find out that Apple doesnt care about the bounty issue and if I knew that I wouldnt have wasted my time. Im extremely Let down and I have absolutely no faith in this world anymore.

Amazon - Nothing has changed

Absolutely nothing has changed in any positive manner. I have to print out a charge for discrimination against Amazon and have it notarized for the civil rights commission Monday.

No one will help me at amazon, they have done absolutely nothing to assist in the constant crimes committed against me by some Amazon employees including disability discrimination. It is extremely hard to fathom how this is still ongoing.

DISCRIMINATION & AMAZON WONT STEP IN

I've been denied equal access and services for 11 weeks now and there's been disability discrimination via Amazon shopping app live chat where I've had 99% the same exact people on there the entire time, and they think its hilarious but its only caused many issues, and I am traumatized to say the least. And when I get a callback on the callback service or call in the same people intercept my calls I have many recordings to prove it they laugh on the phone as well. It is Amazon I call 888-280-**** that is Amazon. No one has helped me! I will attach the images of the discrimination and i just want the results of my investigation for order ending in 9803 they won't tell, and I have lots of proof I was told I'd receive compensation for the damages and I did everything I was told to do I am so hurt and confused and devastated. The compensation I was promised and additional help for the mental and emotional anguish and discrimination of you deem necessary but honestly the 5000$ for the damages would be great i just want my life back I am forever changed this is awful and scary.

Trustpilot - SCAM SITE

They allow known scam sites on their page and they vouch for said scam sites, Ive fallen victim to their scams because I trusted trust pilot and I lost a lot of money doing so.

User's recommendation: Don’t trust anything on their site unless you know for sure.

Verizon Wireless - Provided false security and information

I reached out to Verizon concerned my phone was hacked as I've been experiencing problems that I never have before, and I was assured and then reassured it was not possible for my phone to be hacked, so I trusted Verizon word than a week or so later my fear came true, and we have not felt safe since are extremely let down. Also, a Verizon rep. Contacted a large corporation via 3-way with me and went completely against me while on the phone, all I could do is cry it been really hard, and then I've been told numerous times Verizon does not make outbound calls, yet I hung up on someone I found to be very suspicious with Verizon, and she called me back 5x!!! Not the first time either and Verizon cannot see those outbound calls but then say they verified it was from Verizon but cannot see the calls? Okay.... then I got voicemails following and one of them were the woman speaking another language and the other were nothing. I am extremely upset with the service Ive received and nothing has been done about it. My family does not feel safe.

Amazon - To resolve this once and for all

Absolutely nothing has changed its only gotten worse and more scary, Amazon has absolutely nothing to put a stop to the criminal activity and discrimination that is happening to me by its employees. I filed a charge so I hope that is a step in the right direction.

Amazon - Help can't get ahold of you guys

The people intercepting my calls to amazon work for Amazon and they answer and dont say anything and just sit there in silence. Discrimination is not a good feeling at all :(

Amazon - Can’t call in or receive calls also cannot chat

I am blocked illegally from calling any Amazon phone number from requesting a phone call or receiving a phone call and from chatting they blocked both of my phone numbers and have absolutely no reason to do that. I don't understand what is going on I have been going through the worst time of my life with Amazon for seven weeks now, but I have done absolutely nothing to even remotely deserve this nor is this allowed I'm not sure what to do these are some awful people doing this to me, I have been stuck talking to the same exact people on the phone every single day no matter what I do, and they will not let me get the help that I deserve there is an open investigation for an incident, and now I can't communicate with Amazon at all. It has been 98% the overseas agents in India that has been the majority of the problem they are the ones doing this to me, it is a small group of them and I don't know why this is happening. The same people every single time. They also opened my PDF I sent alexa-support@***.com after stating they have no access to that email when I asked for it they lied many times stating that email does not exist. They have no business doing that.
