Best Buy - Incompetency of entire team
My first call over a month ago was not registered into the system. I am moving and wanted assistance in dismounting my TV.
The day before I called to confirm and of course no record of my order. It had two parts dismount large LCD and remount in my new home.
Of course they scrambled to come to the home. However, they never showed as they claimed it was a two man team. However did tno try to solve me problem.
Their line kept disconecting too, so I had to call back a few times.
They are totally incompetent. Anyone on the phone does not have a clue. They wasted over three hours of my time.
I am trying to move and don't have time to waste on this. I am extremely disapointed in lack of service, response and general competance.
DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME WITH GEEK SQUAD!
