BackBlaze has not backed up my computer for 80 days and support is non-existent.

The Error message read disabled after I updated my computer. I am on auto-pay monthly service charges. Email is the only way to contact BB support. Often there is no response or the only reply is a form letter acknowledgment of my request with no follow up. Any support is email irrelevant. Chat is worthless. Corporate office will not take a support call.
