Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with full refund. Received an email from UberEats with an apology (even though they implied it was the driver’s fault.) They also gave me a refund for the food.

The tip was credited to my Uber Eats account. It was nice of them to do but I’m wondering if I hadn’t put this on this website, would I have gotten a refund?.

Tried to call Uber eats through this site and no phone support is offered at this time. Been waiting for my food for over an hour now and my driver is dropping another delivery off?!? I have to go to work shortly and I still dont know when my food will arrive. Thanks a lot, Uber Eats. In no way is this the drivers fault.

User's recommendation: Make sure you pay the extra $1.49 if you want your delivery right away.
