Verizon - Billing dispute
Verizon keeps adding 20. per line for late charges causing my bill to soar even tough they made an agreement with me to return 5 months. It took hours to finally talk with a human being who could reason and help. How can they get away with this? This is what happens when things are unregulated. Corporations get greedier. They should only be allowed to charge an amount for the account being late rather than per line. What if I had six people on my account? That would be 120$ for being a half day late. Verizon used to be a good company. Now I look at them as greedy cheaters!

- Lying and worst website ever
- Selling me a phone that drops calls constantly
Preferred solution: Full refund
User's recommendation: Fire them and go to a more honest company.
