FedEx - SELECTIVE ENFORCEMENT, HAZING MISTREATMENT TO A MALE HISPANIC AMERICAN VETERAN IN HUNTINGTON BEACH CALIF

Sadly we might still have racism in America? Can a man be blamed for the color of his skin? Rather shouldn't a man be measured by the content of his character ? Most recently this is what a male Hispanic adult paying customer experienced at this ,Fed Ex. In Huntington Beach Calif. Yes, its at the Fed Ex , with very smelly bathroom. The date of the incident was on: Tuesday. Nov. 28, 2017. The approximate time was during the evening hours: Many other paying customer previously noticed the unprofessionalism observed. A possible male white adult customer , observed consistently yelling for no reason at the top of his lungs. Then the onsite manager if on site turned a blind eye. The words yelled were not business related. Not productive. Example: "Ok Bro"!. " Ok Bro"! Then some of the at will employees appeared to join in the very unprofessional conduct. They were observed yelling back at the top of their lungs. As we know if a person is able to walk up and nicely speak a proper voice level there is no justification in allowing all this yelling. This is considered : Being loud & boisterous. Calif. Penal Code: 415. As we know this is a act against public policy. Also as we know: All at will employees prior to being hired agreed in writing to not violate any acts against public policy. Such as : Calif. Gov. Code: 12900. Such as selective enforcement . Now as we know: For any at will employee to willfully and deliberately disregard what the agreed to comply with in writing this is a breach of implied contract. Grounds for termination : Calif. Civil Codes: 3300-****. All at will employees are required to work with best efforts. Calif. Labor Code: 2924. Also : No at will employee is required to do anything unsafe or illegal. Calif. Labor Code: 6300. Now this is what occurred: Date: Nov.28, 2017. Day: Tuesday. During the evening hours prior the closing time. One of the at will employees was asked why he didn't previously correct the male white adult not observed conducting any business , doing all that yelling? The response from the male Hispanic adult ,clean shaven was: He is just hyper. This means he was ok with all the unjustified yelling. He was heard: Saying: " I'll try to look into it". Try means half way. Or its not important. The male Hispanic adult is the very same at will employee that approached the very same paying customer about being too loud. Yet, he is going to be bipartisan toward the male white adult none customer yelling at the top of his lungs in the store lobby as other customers are paying: 40 cents a minute on the store computer. This is selective enforcement. Calif. Gov. Code: 12900. Next: This is possibly retaliation for making a complaint. Calif. Labor Code: 6310. Next: The male white adult at will employee walked over to the male Hispanic adult paying customer that had just spent : $70.00 after using the Fed Ex scanner . The paying customer a American veteran was just cutting up some pictures. Obviously the male white adult at will employee was upset some one complained about his friend being loud & boisterous. Calif. Penal Code: 415. So the male white adult approached the male Hispanic adult . American veteran. This is was the next incident that occurred with out merit or probable cause. The at will employee , described as a male white adult. With out justification started : Hazing and harassing the male Hispanic American veteran. The Hispanic American veteran was cutting up some items. Then placing the trash in the trash can. The male white adult had the name tag that read: Dakota. He appears to have a big bald spot on the top of his forehead . Also has a beard and a mustache. This is what he told the Hispanic American veteran: " You filled up the trash can too much the last time you came here". The nice American , male Hispanic adult veteran asked the following: " Where is posted on the exact level to only fill up the trash can"? The at will employee : Dakota became angered and to some extent enraged. Then at will employee : Dakota continued in his hazing. He then demanded, the American Latino veteran to use the Fed Ex shredding services. The Latino American Veteran simply asked why? There was more anger by at will employee : Dakota. Then the very nice Latino American Veteran simply asked: " Where exactly is the sign posted as the specific trash to only go in the Fed Ex trash can"? The male white adult at will employee walked away angered. His face appeared to be considerably red. Now after the nice , American Latino Veteran cleaned the area. He asked the Latino at will employee a question. The question was: " Why did you approach me months prior about being loud , then turned a blind eye on the male white adult yelling at the top of his lungs in the store lobby"? The response is shocking : His response coincides with silence of a entity based on time of discovery. Calif. Gov. Codes: 911.23 and 911.64. As paying customers were paying: 40 cents a minute trying to type on the computer. As we know at will employees all stick together. Some will even tape over the lobby camera. So can we agree this is : Aiding and abetting ? Calif. Penal Code: 31 ? Now its time to find out how many of the at will employees that work here are willing to honestly prove they are not racist , biased against people of color? Can we conclude: If we never see these two at will employees volunteer to do the entire: ( Trinity Of Truth Test ) with the requested prerequisites on : You Tube. He deliberately waited to near past closing to give the car back to the American Veteran. The car was observed bouncing up and down very badly. The price that this none mechanic shop charged the , American Veteran was, approximately : $500.00 to $600.00. Yes they were reported to : The Better Business Bureau. Also: Consumer Affairs. Let us never forget. There are *** that take pay offs. Such as the Bureau Of Automotive Repair in Irvine. They call it: Membership fees. Its actually money to turn a blind eye. This is a contributing factor for thousands of bad mechanic shops. The help of the , Bureau Of Automotive Repair in Irvine? They also never give any victims a copy of the none findings. Continuing: After young Oliver gave the black Kia back to the American Veteran near or after closing. Then young : Oliver ran out the driver's door. The car was bouncing up and down. They had the transmission for a few weeks. Then the day came for installation. Young Oliver was assigned to work on instillation. Assigned to the black Kia. Owned by the American Veteran. The assigning supervisors were: Derrick and Gary. This turned out to be a all day affair. Near past or at the closing of the day. The car was given back to the American Veteran. The car was bouncing up and down . Young Oliver was observed jumping out of the driver's side door. No explanation nothing. Prior in the office. Lots of laughing and joking over heard. By female white adult. That worked at the front desk. Upon discovery: ( 1.) The engine oil was left at two quarts of oil. Discovered by: Car Pro Kia dealership. ( 2.) The wire from the fan motor grounded out at the radiator . This resulted in the fan motor staying on. Not going on at engine temperature . ( 3.) The stud at the engine exhaust manifold broken off. Resulting in a engine exhaust leak. Causing poisonous emissions to leak into the air. ( 4.) Also the new struts appeared to be bouncing up and down very badly. ( 5.) Prior to this: Because of earned prior trust that this car mechanic shop was honest. ( 6.) Brought the car back numerous times for a starting issue. They could not fix or find. The inspections were not free. The car would not start. Had to tow the car back over and over. Yet, this disgusting automotive repair shop did not care the car left the American Veteran stranded in various locations. Because the American Veteran was not happy. Never allowed back to Expertech Automotive. They were reported to: Consumer Affairs, and the Better Business Bureau. They never apologized for all their intentional wrong doing. Spreen Honda - WHY WHY , UP SALE , WHY BAIT& SWITCH? WHY?

Most recently we called to inquire the price amount for a very simple task. A oil change. The service advisor assured us over the phone the price would be : $40.88 for the oil change. However: When they drove the car into the mechanic bay. The price kept drastically changing. It went from: $40.88 to $70 something. We ended up paying : Nearly eighty. This extra money was for the none free: Tire rotation. We did not ask for a tire rotation when we spoke to Danny. He is the male Asian adult we spoke with. His job is service advisor. They wait for you to drive the car up. Then after they drive the car away with the car key. Now the price is now: $ 80.00 . All you wanted was a oil change. The best way to avoid being scammed. Go some where else legit. Take classes on how to change oil in a Honda. Get the manual on the car . If you want something done right do it your self. This is : Spreen Honda 25050 Redlands Blvd. Loma Linda CA . Phone: 909-799-****. What was done to me is a combination of things: Breach of a verbal promise. Calif. Labor Code: 920. I'm not sure if breach of a verbal promise coincides with breach of implied contract? Calif. Civil Codes: 3300-****. Over the phone, the service advisor : Danny, the male Asian adult indicated the price for the oil change would be : $40.88. Next: It wasn't until after they had my car key, and until after they drove off with my car that did: ( Up Sale ) and to include: ( Bait & Switch ). The price went from: $40.88 to $ 70.00 something. Then to approximately: Now on the paid invoice it reads something different: $70.67. The worthless lame *** liar quoted me : $40.88 over the dam phone. I did not ask for a five point inspection . I did not ask for a tire rotation. He has no integrity. They also should not have to be asked if a customer wants to oil filter back. Now: Danny Nanhthadet was the service advisor. Now on the paid invoice this is what it reads: Estimate customer: Hereby acknowledges receiving original estimate of : $68. 83. This is a lie. I was not given this paper until after the car oil change was paid for. The BAR # AC-108265 EPA# CAD-98231**** DLR#20-7523. So in a sense this is: Entrapment, bait& switch, a scam , a lie , deceit , mistreatment , lack of honesty and integrity. To avoid this mistreatment get witnesses to hear the conversation. Ask permission to tape record the conversation? Calif. Penal Codes: 631-633.6. Informed consent. Also make sure to get all the paper work first in writing what you only want done. If they do you wrong scan the paper work to every senator and congressmen. Plus: The Attorney General. Now we already know : Danny Nanhthadet is going to deny he said certain things over the phone. When it was all done and said the total price paid: $70.67. The top assistant supervisor : Mr. Kalie was spoken to on: Nov. 17, 2017. Friday. Not only was the customer lied to and mislead. It appears it might be a on going thing with this dealership ? Now in case: At will employee working in the service department is going to refuse to admit his verbal promise of: $40.88 . Why because of their cunning craftiness . Make the verbal promise when you drive up. Drive the car into the mechanic shop bay. Then : ( Bait & Switch). Why? Because they decided to give you a five point inspection. Then they decided to give you a tire rotation. Notice the cunning trickery. They wait until they drive your car away into the mechanic shop. It was : $40.88 for a oil change with filter replacement. Nothing more. Now again when its all done and said the price paid for a simple oil change: $70.67. When since this is a honesty and integrity issue. Will the at will employee: Mr. Danny Nanhthadet , volunteer for the : Trinity Of Truth Test ? Which is as follows: ( 1.) Step :#1. No. Lie . M. R.I. Which can equal guilt in the minds of millions across the world? Action speaks louder then words. So can we conclude: If Mr. Danny Nanhthadet refuses to volunteer for the entire : Trinity of Truth Test , with the mandatory prerequisites, this shows: ( Reasonable Doubt) ?Does this refusal equal : ( Guilt )? How will mass million consumers / customers know he refused? Simple: We will never see the service advisor on : You Tube. Volunteering to prove he is honest. Plus: That he quoted the customer: $40.88 for a simple oil change. Not: $70.67. Because the paying customer did not ask for a five point inspection . The paying customer did not ask for a tire rotation. If the dealership is going to do this as a courtesy then do this for free at no expense to any customer. This is bad customer service. Not to also mention: All the negative reviews I have noticed on : Yelp. Then some filtered and many deleted. Why? Because the truth hurts? Many problems it appears in the sales department. Such rude service. Some at will employees : Violating: Calif. Gov. Code: 12900. Looking at a female customer with lustful eyes. Bait & Switch toward customers interested in buying a car. This is a breach of implied contract. Why? When all these at will employees signed all the prehire application implied paper work. They read and signed and agreed to not violate any prohibited act against public policy. This is grounds for termination. If not terminated and still employed this means the dealership is turning a blind eye. Can this agree to : Aiding & abetting? Calif. Penal Code: 31 ? Also: Are any of the mechanic being told to fix anything and deliberately damage other parts of any customer's car? With the motive & intent to get more work? Will all the mechanics that work here volunteer for the entire : Trinity Of Truth Test? With the mandatory prerequisites? To be posted on: You Tube? Can we conclude if they are not on : You Tube doing the entire : ( Trinity Of Truth Test ) , with the mandatory prerequisites then this can show: ( Reasonable Doubt). This equals: ( Guilt ). Meaning: They are fixing one thing and damaging other areas of a customer's car. Why? To get more future work. Or the other motive & intent: To over whelm a customer with car problems so that sales can befriend a customer and sneakily persuade a customer to buy a car? When they just want their old car? Calif. Prior to this dealership ever deciding to go higher then the verbal qouted promise. Prior to taking car and key. Provide the paper work with the exact amount it will cost the customer. This is before the driver takes the car to the mechanic shop.

Honda World Orange County - TAKEN ADVANTAGED OF BY LYING MECHANICS

Most recently spent approximately: $1,300.00 at: Honda World Westminster Calif. My service advisor was a female Asian adult. I brought the car back three times for the same problem. The incompetent , lying unreliable mechanic can't fix the problem. The problem is the car horn keeps going out. In a 2013 Honda Civic. The service advisor pointed out the mechanic said the problem is some wire. Price: $400.00. Instead of fixing problem: $900.00 other area of car area addressed. Car horn is completely out. Date: Oct. 23, 2017. This is at : Honda World Westminster, Calif. All this money spent and the incompetent lying mechanics did not find or fix the horn problem.
