The Kraft Heinz Company - Defect in McCafe (Keurig) coffee pods

I purchased a box of McCafe coffee pods and the pods when brewing empties the coffee and grounds into the coffee cup. I contacted the customer service at the number provided for Kraft Foods and they were not helpful in resolving the issue. Instead they sent me to the mfg. (Keurig). Kraft Foods was the mfg. of the coffee pods not Keurig.

User's recommendation: Do not purchase.

Resolved: Kraft Foods - McCafe K cups

Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with product replacement. Kraft foods did not resolve the issue.

I had to go to Kuerig to get it resolved. Which they did by replacing the pods..

I have purchased a box of these K-cups and have a problem with them. Every time I use one, coffee grounds end up in the coffee cup. This does not happen when I use other brands. Please respond with the cause and solution. Thanks Ed Butler
