Unfortunately, we have experienced a peak in the volume of orders causing delays that we regret. We would like to inform you that due to the large volume of orders registered by our company, your order was subjected to an extended processing time. Unfortunately, it was shipped only on the 6th of November. We assume full responsibility for this delay.

To our dismay, not only was your package delayed in the warehouse but was apparently lost by the carrier. According to the tracking your package was marked delivered on the 24th of October. We will most certainly relay this information to our carrier as this is not the kind of service that we have agreed on.
While we investigate, we would like to offer a complete refund for the lost package as an apology for the unsettling situation.
