Can you reference any situations that have been resolved to your customers satisfaction? I have been in touch through both phone and email and everyone cites warehouse issues. Yet no one can give any estimated shipping date. This indicates to me s larger problem than just warehouse issues. If the item ordered and already paid for are simply not going to be delivered, you need to inform your customers and take down your site so that no one else loses money.

Your customer service is not available. I have texted as suggested and received a response that I would hear back within 10-15 min. Days have now passed with no response. I have also sat on hold multiple times at various times throughout the day for several days and am then intentionally disconnected after holding 11 min each time and told (by an automated voice - still have yet to get an actual human being in any way) to call back later. Please put me in touch with one of your agents (aubrey.shaw2012@***.com) or I will have no choice but to dispute the charge with my bank.
