I would love nothing more to provide my order number, however I do not feel comfortable with giving that information unless it's done privately. I did finally receive an email back regarding this issue, however it gave me no time frame that I can expect to receive this order. We are getting close to a month since I placed this order and and to still not have the merchandise I've already been charged for is ridiculous. Not to mention the lack of any response from your customer service. Please read all of the other comments on your company. You may want to bring it to management's attention that they either need to hire more customer service reps or the reps they already employ are not doing their job. Customers should not have to threaten to lodge a complaint with the BBB. Just hire more people to get the orders already paid for shipped out in a timely manner! Unacceptable! Unfortunately i had placed another order prior to this delay but please know i will never order from your company again and i will be sure to tell my friends to not do business with your company.

My order number is 30406****.I received a generic email stating the delay is due to an abnormally high number of orders. This is clearly BS, because after perusing the reviews on this website, this issue has been ongoing for you since at least October 2017. I would love to know how it's possible that no one at your company can tell anyone when their orders will be shipped.It's also funny that your company continues to send marketing and sale emails at least once a day. One would think that if you're having major issues fulfilling orders due to high volume, you'd scale back on that. It's almost as if this is a scam and your excuses are just lies. I have two email correspondences going right now with Adoreme agents. I understand you yourself are quite removed from the situation and actual warehouse issue and can’t actually physically do anything yourself to make my order come faster. I appreciate that you guys are trying to run defense by responding to these negative reviews. But you have to know yourself that this has all gotten out of hand.I finally went on eBay last night and found some stuff from China that was very similar to what you were selling. I spent $90 to get more bras etc like I bought from adoreme.com they sent me an email saying that shipping would be a month.I’m totally cool with it though because I knew what I was getting into.I just wish you guys would shut down shop for a bit while you get these orders out. I wish the company would tell us the actaul shipping times. If it’s a month or two, so be it, but we really do deserve to be informed.Your company is holding quite a bit of money in its reserves and you have many customers without product. It’s somewhat baffling and had left me feeling more than a little stupid.I’m not even convinced that I’m going to get any products in.

That email address wont work so we can address it right here. I have noticed something. Every response to any complaint, is just copy and pasted! You all don't even really care about your customers or you would actually write something each time. I have legit waited over 2 weeks. I have tried contacting you all in every way for 8 days! I didn't get a response from the ANY emails. The messages that ive wrote, all i got was an email with a ticket #. Nothing further. The only reply that i got from all the D.M.s that I had sent was that I would be responded to within 10-15 minutes. That never happened. I also called SOOOOO MANY TIMES. You know who I got to speak to? No one. It rang for 10 minutes and 27 seconds each time playing annoying music and saying something along the lines of "if you're not a phone person, we get it. You can email us". Then 10 minutes and so many seconds it said "I'm sorry all of our customer service representatives are busy and cannot take your call. Try again later".
